Are all your items handmade?
Yes, I make all of the items myself, by hand.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by:

Care instruction
1. Take off your jewelry before any of the following:
- Swimming, sauna, shower.
- Cleaning your home.
- Working in the garden.
- Playing sports, especially contact sports.
2. The chemicals from make-up, hair products and perfume can damage your jewelry items. It's best to think of jewelry as the finishing touch for your look.
3. Store your jewelry items separately.
No matter how careful you are when wearing your jewelry, it can also sustain damage during storage. Often, this comes from items of jewelry knocking together or getting tangled.
The best way to solve this problem is to store your items so they can't touch one another.
What is your return policy?
Please send me a message in the first instance if you are not completely happy with your purchase, whatever the reason.
Contact me if you want a refund.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be recalled.
Refund is available within 21 days from the date the buyer receives the product.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refund will not be accepted if the returned items are damaged.
Once I received your return, the refund will be processed by the original method of payment.

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, I will ship your purchase to almost anywhere in the world.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your location.
In the extreme case that you do not see your country – during the checkout process – contact me directly and I will make the necessary arrangements for you.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.
We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on your shipping country. Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your shipping country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.
