Are all your items handmade?

Yes, I make all of the items myself, by hand.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by: 

PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, 

China Union Pay, Jcb, Diners, Carte Bleue, Discover, Visa Electron, 

Maestro.

What is your return policy?

Please send me a message in the first instance if you are not completely happy with your purchase, whatever the reason.

Contact me if you want a refund.

Feel free to let me know your concerns that I will try my best to help out.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be recalled.

Refund is available within 14 days from the date the buyer receives the product and the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund will not be accepted if the returned items are damaged.

Once I received your return, the refund will be processed by the original method of payment. If you don't contact me within 14days, unfortunately that I will not offer a refund service.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, I will ship your purchase to almost anywhere in the world.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your location. 

In the extreme case that you do not see your country – during the checkout process – contact me directly and I will make the necessary arrangements for you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.
We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on your shipping country. Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your shipping country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.
