Are all your items handmade?
Yes, I make all of the items myself, by hand.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by:
PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express,
China Union Pay, Jcb, Diners, Carte Bleue, Discover, Visa Electron,

PRODUCT SAFETY INFO
Not Suitable for small children.
Contains small and fragile parts which may become sharp if broken. All Jewellery items are hand made and may contain glass, ceramic and natural gem stones.
Silver, stainless steel, brass, cooper is used when metal is required which is hypo-allergenic.
POSTAGE
If you decide to buy more than one item I can combine postage.
Buying more than one item usually brings the total cost per item down.
I will refund you the difference if you have paid too much.
CARE INSTRUCTION
Take off your jewelry before any of the following:
1. Swimming, sauna, shower.
2. Cleaning your home.
3. Working in the garden.
4. Playing sports, especially contact sports.
5. Remove before bed to prevent breakage.
The chemicals from make-up, hair products and perfume can damage your jewelry items.
It's best to think of jewelry as the finishing touch for your look.
Store your jewelry items separately.
No matter how careful you are when wearing your jewelry, it can also sustain damage during storage.
Often, this comes from items of jewelry knocking together or getting tangled.
The best way to solve this problem is to store your items so they can't touch one another.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
To make your jewellery shine and look amazing, we recommend you gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to retain its shine.
What is your refund policy?
Orders that have been shipped cannot be recalled!
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted if they are shipped to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please, e-mail Larissa at larajolycraft@gmail.com to notify me that you are returning an item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
REFUNDS
If your item meets the requirements for return, we will notify you that your refund is being processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please, consider using a TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, I will ship your purchase to almost anywhere in the world.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your location.
In the extreme case that you do not see your country – during the checkout process – contact me directly and I will make the necessary arrangements for you.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order.
We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on your shipping country.
